 Pump and mixing technology

Pump and mixing technology play a significant role in the process engineering of biogas plants. They are needed for heat distribution and automated redistribution procedures like in-feed management and to balance filling levels.


ENSPAR provides stationary, slow or fast running and mobile mixers powered by submersible motors (SMM) for the distribution of materials in containers. The stationary SMM have large mixer diameters and run frequency-controlled. These mixers provide homogeneous distribution within the container. The mobile mixers move up and down a control rail and can also be turned by ~180°.

Besides our fast mixers and slow mixers, we will also offer replacements for Stallkamp, weltec, Flygt and others. In addition, we can supply matching control cabinets on request.



Eccentric screw pumps

The eccentric screw pumps with bearing bracket are universal pumps that are suitable for the transport of almost all low to highly viscous media. These pumps are ideal for intake, charging, dosage and recirculation processes.

        • Transport volume: 0–60m³/h

Larger pumps and spare parts are also available on request.

Long-shaft high pressure pumps/long-shaft centrifugal pumps

We can offer you pumps equipped with intake worms and shredders for installation in preliminary tanks and for other purposes.

            • The pump housings are made of GG grade material with dual-component polymer paint.
            • The large-volume pump housing reduces vulnerability to foreign bodies or blockages.
            • The transport volume depends on the density and viscosity of the liquid, the type and DM content of the manure, the discharge head and route and the pipe diameter.

Prozessing of manure, digestate and industrial wastewater

The disposal of manure, digestate and industrial wastewater is expensive and laborious. In many regions there is a strong oversupply of liquid manure and digestate from biogas plants. Food-producing companies generate highly contaminated wastewater. What is needed, therefore, are sustainable solutions that facilitate the transport of residues and reduce nutrient surpluses. ENSPAR has developed a treatment solution for the processing of highly polluted waste water streams of liquid manure, digestate and industrial wastewater.

Concept processing plant

In the processing plant, solids are separated from the water in a multi-stage process. Depending on the requirements, the treatment is supplemented by classical sewage treatment plant technology with nitrification and denitrification or by the proven reverse osmosis process. What remains are solids in varying amounts of water and in reverse osmosis a liquid nutrient concentrate.

The reliable technology convinces users by a high technical plant availability. The system is modularly scalable and can be used economically from as little as 20,000 m³ per year.
